What is "Next Steps"?

Next Steps is the environment we created at Innovation Church to help people take their next step in their faith journey.

We hear questions all the time:

   “I just got saved—what do I do now?”

   “I want to grow in my relationship with God. Where do I start?”

   “I want to get more involved. Who should I talk to?”

  
  

No matter where you are in your walk with Jesus, Next Steps is the answer.
It’s a 2-hour class that helps you understand who God created you to be and how you can grow, serve, and get plugged in at Innovation.

The Four Steps of "Next Steps"

Each part of this class is a building block to help you move forward in faith, find connection, and step into your purpose.

To be a partner at Innovation, we ask that you commit to three core values:

1. Commitment to God

  You affirm that you’re a follower of Jesus, desiring to grow in faith and live out His teachings.

  You’ve publicly declared—or are ready to celebrate—your commitment to Jesus through baptism.

  
  

2. Commitment to the Mission

  You understand and actively support Innovation’s mission to empower others and build a community grounded in purpose.

  
  


• 
  

  You contribute to this mission by serving in a ministry area and regularly supporting the church financially.

  
  

3. Commitment to Growth

  You’re dedicated to personal and spiritual growth, recognizing that there’s always more to learn and contribute as our church grows both numerically and spiritually.

  As a partner, you engage in the discipleship process—through Connect Groups, classes, or personal spiritual disciplines—to strengthen your faith and help foster growth within our church community.

  
  

These commitments make up our Partnership Covenant, reflecting our shared purpose and dedication to living out our faith together in unity, honor, and trust.
